The Alpha Park Clubhouse can be rented throughout the year for $100.00 for minimum of 4 hours, $25 per added hour. The Clubhouse has to 8 8ft long folding tables and 60 folding chairs, has indoor restrooms, heat, air conditioning, accessible doors, small refrigerator, an ice machine, and 2 small microwaves. Table and chair set up and/or take down is the responsibility of the renter and all tables and chairs should be wiped down and put away after use.

PARK RULES ENFORCED
Park rules and regulations shall be enforced by the Village Police Department. Violation of the park rules and regulations or destruction of property will result in a minimum fine of $150.00 not to exceed a maximum of $750.00 per offense.
**This includes any trash not taken to dumpster and left in trash receptacles in or outside of clubhouse and/or pavilions. The spaces (inside and out) should be cleaned before leaving. This is done to prevent wildlife from spreading trash across park.
**Release of balloons, lanterns, glitter, confetti, or similar materials are prohibited in parks, pavilions and clubhouse.
